Determining the Finalists

Although this is a timed event and we’re crowning winners in various categories, this event is first and foremost meant to be fun for competitive and non-competitive cyclists alike. The objective is to support Parkinson’s research through the PRC and increase awareness about this debilitating disease.

The event is set up to challenge riders, either solo or in a team format, to cycle as many loops as possible within the three hour duration of the event. Only those loops that were successfully completed are recorded in the rider’s results.

The following table illustrates an example of the chip time for each loop for 4 riders with their finishing results.

  • Max number of cyclists per team is 6

  • (Total time of participants divided by the number of participants)
